Senior Electrical Engineer- Surgical Robotics
Our client is an exciting, well-funded, clinical-stage surgical robotics innovator. They have an immediate opportunity for a creative, design savvy Senior (possibly "Staff") Electrical Engineer to support their product development needs. This is largely an onsite position so we can only consider qualified candidates who live within a commutable distance to the corporate office. Compensation
Base pay range: $175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr HealthCare Recruiters International provided pay range. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Additional compensation types: RSUs Responsibilities
PCB design, including component selection, schematic creation, and board layout including best practices Technical leader on projects from concept to product launch; managing requirements, design, testing, transfer to manufacturing, and product release process Prototype development including testing and analyses Collaborate with the software and engineering teams to improve current and/or design new embedded architecture Qualifications
BE or ME in Electrical Engineering or similar 4+ years of relevant experience in medical products, consumer electronics, electric vehicle, robotics or automation, or other advanced electromechanical systems—preferably within a regulated industry Detailed understanding of common buses and communications protocols for interfacing to various sensors and peripherals such as I2C, SPI, UART Knowledge of Altium or similar ECAD tools for drafting schematics and managing PCB layout Seniority level
