Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Machine Learning Engineer to join a cross-functional team of experts in research, data science, software development, physics, and mathematics. You will leverage cutting-edge AI/ML tools and techniques to tackle the most complex challenges in Space in support of national security. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will: Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts in research, data science, software development, physics, and mathematics. Leverage AI/ML tools and techniques to tackle complex challenges in Space, supporting national security. Contribute to the development of innovative solutions addressing critical Space-domain problems. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a related technical field. Advanced experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, or Digital Signal Processing. Experience with modern software development tools and practices. TS/SCI clearance required to start. Desired Skills
Advanced degree in a STEM discipline. Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Java, C++, C#, or MATLAB. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn. Experience with RF, SAR or EO image processing algorithms/techniques. Experience with AWS or another cloud computing platform. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment. Security Clearance

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week; some schedules may be condensed to provide additional time away from the office. These schedules are in addition to Paid Time Off benefits. Schedule for this Position:
9x80 every other Friday off. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,200 - $225,975. For other locations, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Salary is a general guideline and factors include scope, responsibilities, experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when offering. Benefits offered:
