Essential Responsibilities Drive sales for Struthers Wells line of products along with TEi services offerings at the plant level. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic customer relationships. Leverage existing contacts and network. Responds to and understands potential customer needs and objectives. Develop sales strategy on key opportunities, working closely with respective Proposal Team and Regional TEi/BPI Representatives. Manage local sales reps or agents across different US regions. Support reps with product trainings and joint customer visits. Work directly with Corporate Marketing and TEi for regional marketing needs. Responsible for setting up General Services Agreements with key customers. Monitor and report on pipeline activity, bookings performance, and market trends. Complete all required sales reports and detailed documentation by weekly/monthly/quarterly deadlines. Work with executive management on significant matters influencing the organization\'s business results, including global strategies. Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business preferred. 8–12 years of progressive experience in international sales and business development, preferably in the power or process equipment sector. Proven track record of success in sales and global customer relationship management. Strong technical acumen in heat transfer equipment, pressure vessels, or related mechanical systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and interface with engineering and executive leadership. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Proficient in creating sales and technical presentations and presenting to Plant and Corporate staff. Job Function & Seniority
