Overview
Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join the Master Files team in the Accounting & Finance department. The analyst will perform client, matter, and timekeeper maintenance and work with Accounting & Finance staff, especially Billing Coordinators and the eBilling team, to maintain the setup and accuracy of the firm\'s financial data. The role includes recommending and implementing best practices to maintain data integrity in the firm\'s financial systems.

Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert regarding the firm\'s master files in the financial systems
Supervise the Master Files inbox requests to ensure timely handling and completion
Ensure timekeeper billing rates and alternative fee arrangements are accurately set up in the accounting system, documented, and reportable
Review and interpret client terms and communicate them as needed
Translate engagement terms and billing guidelines into system configuration to minimize billing discrepancies, errors, and delays
Assess change requests for validity, approval requirements, and adherence to client or firm guidelines
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Minimum of three (3) years\’ experience in a financial systems or related client accounting/billing role
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
In-depth knowledge of all aspects of the time and billing process, including system setups, master files, inquiry, and reporting
Experience in 3E software preferred

The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
Milwaukee - $62,100 to $86,900
Chicago & Houston - $68,300 to $95,600
