You will collaborate with a team of engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to build and enhance Forge, and you will contribute from idea to implementation with ownership and a strong product mindset. What You’ll Do
Work in a mini-startup environment to create elegant SaaS solutions that integrate effectively with on-premise systems Collaborate with a high-functioning team of developers on business-critical projects Write high-quality code that enhances performance, scalability, and reliability of the Forge platform Engage in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives Provide technical support for Forge users and troubleshoot issues as they arise Develop deep expertise in a portion of the full stack (backend, frontend, or integration) Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related technical field Experience with large enterprise applications and high-availability platforms Proficiency with web technologies such as Javascript, React, Typescript, and web frameworks like Remix or NextJS Ability to empathize with end-users, translate needs into features, and balance user experience with engineering constraints U.S. Person status is required as this position needs access to export-controlled data Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with AWS, Typescript, and React/Remix Experience with eventing systems and large data streaming for test automation Experience in hyper-growth startup environments with success in scaling software development processes Background in scaled manufacturing environments Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or related enterprise software is a plus Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance Salary & Benefits
US Salary Range: $168,000—$252,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on experience, education, and other factors. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most full-time offers as part of total compensation.
