As a Seasonal Real Estate Tax Senior Manager, we will look to you to apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to some very complex issues. Lead teams and work in a highly collaborative culture, where listening to and sharing information with colleagues is essential. Engage in a variety of tax planning projects for a diverse client base and provide up-to-the-minute tax advice. Apply knowledge across a broad range of real estate tax topics and processes to devise strategic outcomes for complex issues. Skills And Attributes For Success
Analyzing an evolving portfolio of increasingly complex tax operations to provide meaningful business insights. Identifying potential opportunities and risks and communicating these to clients. Learning and researching current market trends to maintain credibility as a trusted advisor. Building client relationships with deep knowledge of the real estate, hospitality and construction industries. Developing clear, intelligent plans to improve clients\' tax activities. Researching clients\' business operations and tailoring advice to specific needs. Supervising a motivated team of professionals, ensuring they have the skills and opportunities to reach their potential. Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline. Seven to ten years\' real estate tax experience in a professional services environment. Extensive knowledge in real estate tax technical and transaction skills (e.g., partnership taxation, REITs, tax compliance, due diligence, structuring). Experience managing budgets, people and projects; business development within the market. Proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization. Technical writing and research experience in a tax context. Ability to prioritize across multiple complex projects; strong influencing skills. Willingness to travel as needed and to work in a balanced hybrid environment. You\'ll also have: CPA qualification or be a member of a state bar. What We Look For

The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr. Salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
