Develop and execute a transformation roadmap for the Financial Planning and Reporting System Ensure global cross-function collaboration to enhance efficiency and scalability of financial systems Drive alignment and governance of change initiatives across the global finance function Define and track key performance indicators to evaluate transformation success Manage and develop a team of financial planning systems professionals Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of experience in finance transformation and enterprise system enhancements Deep knowledge of IBM Cognos Planning/TM1, SAP, and other financial planning tools Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs People management experience is required Preferred Qualifications
