We are seeking a

hands-on Accounting Manager

to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. This role will oversee daily accounting operations, financial statement preparation, and inventory accounting, while supporting growth in a dynamic retail, eCommerce, manufacturing, and wholesale environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced setting and brings recent experience in inventory accounting and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data. Prepare, review, and consolidate financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow). Oversee inventory accounting and related reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies. Partner with operations and leadership on financial planning and reporting. Contribute to chart of accounts (COA) mapping and system process improvements. Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and 13-week cash flow preparation. Provide guidance and support for audit processes. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field. 1+ year of experience as an Accounting Manager or higher-level accounting leadership role. Strong financial statement preparation and consolidation experience. 1+ year of recent inventory accounting experience. Experience in retail, eCommerce (DTD), manufacturing, or wholesale sectors. Strong communication skills, dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Business Central (BC) or Navision. Foreign currency (Fx) understanding. Chart of Accounts (COA) mapping experience. 13-week cash flow preparation. Advanced credentials: MBA, CPA, or CMA. Exposure to international corporate operations. EEO Statement
