Overview

Executive Assistant for a senior leader in our Sales Organization. This is an office-based position at our headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. On-site presence is essential to support our team effectively. Your Impact

Assisting with presentations, report data, complex meeting coordination and travel logistics Calendar management and assistance to the leadership team Working closely with multiple stakeholders from various functions—group admins, team members and managers—to assist with special projects and annual planning Planning and executing group events and social activities, such as happy hours, release events, meet-ups, and more Qualifications

Your Experience

Minimum of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting SVP level leaders, ideally in a high-growth sales environment. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Comfortable handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Resourceful and adaptable, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a “no task too small” attitude. Proficiency with Google Workspace, expense systems (e.g., Concur), and calendaring tools. Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $101,000 - $163,000/YR.
