Program Manager II, Supply Chain Operations, Technical Infrastructure Google is looking for a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams across locations and time zones. This role focuses on supply chain planning and NPI readiness for hardware and data center deployments within Google’s Technical Infrastructure group. Responsibilities

Drive material and supply chain readiness for all NPI builds from concept phase to production handoff, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure success. Identify and communicate supply chain risks and mitigation plans to ensure materials readiness for NPI builds and long-term production continuity. Liaise with ODM/CM/Suppliers, manage spend against project budgets, and drive production risk buys and strategic buffers. Develop and document global supply chain maps for each product, including suppliers, procurement model, lead times, shipment logistics, assembly/test/fulfillment model, and spares strategies. Update project schedules, communicate status and risks, influence change, and represent the NPI Supply Chain organization in internal program meetings to drive initiatives and scalability. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; 2 years of experience in program or project management; experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) for hardware programs or electrical manufacturing builds (e.g., PCBA, accelerators, equipment, racks, switches, optics). Preferred qualifications: 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects; experience in supply/demand planning; experience with hardware BOMs, process documentation, and assembly/test processes; experience driving and qualifying hardware or machine learning equipment through data centers. This role is based in the US with compensation details including base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Salary and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location; recruiter share will include specifics for your location. Compensation details listed reflect base salary only unless stated otherwise.
