We are seeking a Principal Scientist who is expert in in vivo pharmacology and bioanalytical sciences and capable of leading IND-enabling studies. The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Research and oversee preclinical development from study design through data interpretation and cross-functional collaboration. Robust expertise in biologics (antibodies, oligonucleotides, and peptides) and bioanalytical methods, with strong leadership skills, is essential. Responsibilities

Design and execute in vivo pharmacology studies integral to discovery and IND-enabling research. Lead bioanalytical strategies using assays (ELISA, MSD, qPCR, LC/MS, histology) to evaluate biodistribution, exposure, and pharmacodynamics. Serve as a scientific liaison with CROs, academic collaborators, and internal stakeholders. Foster cross-functional collaboration aligned with developmental objectives. Interpret preclinical data and contribute to regulatory submissions, including IND packages. Mentor junior scientists and research associates; manage team activities. Drive strategic planning for CNS programs and evaluate drug delivery platforms and therapeutic approaches. Qualifications

Ph.D. in pharmacology, neuroscience, bioengineering, or related field with 8+ years of relevant industry experience. Experience across drug development from discovery to IND-enabling preclinical work. Proven ability to conduct IND-enabling studies with integrated data interpretation. Experience with large-molecule therapeutics (antibodies, oligonucleotides, peptides) in in vivo models. Strong knowledge of bioanalytical techniques for PK/PD and biodistribution studies. Preferred experience in CNS drug delivery or CNS disease models. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability; excellent communication and organizational skills. Why Join Us
