The firm seeks a
Performance Analyst
to join its Private Credit Reporting team. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience in private credit, hedge funds, or similar environments. The analyst will deliver high-quality investor reporting, portfolio analytics, and performance materials across credit strategies. Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain performance reporting for private credit funds Prepare quarterly investor reports and track record updates Respond to ad hoc investor requests and support marketing materials Collaborate with legal, compliance, portfolio, and marketing teams to ensure reporting accuracy Maintain data integrity across internal systems and investor materials Develop internal tools to streamline reporting processes Qualifications
5–7 years in investment management, preferably in private credit or hedge funds Strong understanding of credit instruments and financials of portfolio companies Exceptional Excel skills; ability to analyze large datasets Experience with programming tools (SQL, Python, VBA) is a plus CFA or progress toward CFA preferred Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field Additional Details
