At least 5 years of high-level, full cycle corporate accounting experience with comprehensive technical accounting, financial reporting and GAAP expertise At least 3 years of experience managing an accounting team Strategic thinking with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Proactive problem-solving abilities with a growth mindset Demonstrated commitment to team development and high ethical standards Proficiency with Sage, hh2, Procore, Asana, and MS Suite Bachelor's degree in accounting required; Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CGMA, CMA, CCIFP) strongly preferred Current knowledge of financial regulations and construction industry standards Benefits
