VP of Operations Opportunity : Lead the EBOS-based infrastructure, talent, and processes to support a growing electronics business, driving SQDC targets through embedded lean principles and continuous improvements into daily operations. Lead the electronics operations team, drive accountability through visual management, and own the execution of a new facility launch with collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and quality to solve problems at the business level and drive alignment. Responsibilities
Lead the Director of Electronics Operations to implement EBOS and support a growing electronics business. Drive SQDC targets through embedded lean principles and daily operational improvements. Provide leadership to the electronics operations team and own the execution of new facility launch projects. Collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and quality to solve business-level problems and drive alignment. Implement visual management to drive accountability and performance transparency. Qualifications
BS/MS in an engineering discipline (electronics is preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in high-mix, low-volume operations and manufacturing. Experience in managing, training, mentoring, and coaching leaders. Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or technology industries preferred. Proven ability to lead through change and influence cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Base Salary : $175,000 – $225,000 per year, plus annual bonus. Executive Relocation : Comprehensive relocation support.
