Leasing Manager role at Waterton. You will oversee and motivate a team of leasing professionals and manage all processes related to selling and renewing residential apartment leases, focusing on generating qualified prospective residents, property tours, follow-up, and preparing lease packages. Your Impact And Job Responsibilities
Meet occupancy goals for the community by motivating and guiding the leasing team to exceed expectations for the property. Generate interest in the community by answering questions, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and applying effective sales closing techniques. Oversee the lease renewal program and documentation process. Ensure lease paperwork and resident information are properly documented and protected. Ensure leasing office, models, vacant units and common areas meet readiness standards. Report deficiencies to the Community Manager. Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and assist in developing marketing plans that include advertising, internet marketing, outreach, and referrals to increase visibility of the community. Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Engage residents through programs and events designed to increase satisfaction and reduce turnover. What You’ll Bring – Desired Skills And Experience
Ability to lead and motivate a team Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment High school diploma or equivalent A minimum of one year of leasing experience and two years of sales or marketing experience Illinois Leasing Agent license required within 120 days of hire. If the applicant does not have a valid Leasing Agent or Broker license, one must be obtained within 120 days of hire to remain eligible for employment. Benefits
