Responsibilities
TheData Scientist (Remote) will :
Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes.
Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.
Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.
Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
Combine models through ensemble modeling.
Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams.
Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Participate in the development / implementation of master data management strategies and implementation.
Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze data and make predictions.
Collaborate with teams across the organization, including marketing, product, finance, and engineering, to address specific business challenges.
Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
Qualifications
10+ years of relevant professional experience including proven experience as a Data Scientist
5 years’ experience with Databricks Lakehouse Platform
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Experience in data mining.
Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBi)
Working experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java, or C#.sql
Experience with Agile framework & processes.
Hands on experience on unified data analytics platform with Azure Databricks, Databricks Workspace user interface, managing Notebooks, Delta Lake with Python.
Experience in a health care related business is a plus.
