ADP is hiring a

Sales Representative, Major Accounts . In this role you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50 -- 999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. ADP provides ongoing sales training and the latest technology to support your success as you manage your book of business. What you'll do

Grow Our Business By Selling ADP's cloud-based HR solutions to designated territories; close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Build a network to capture new business through a targeted sales strategy aimed at decision-makers and business owners. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family by cultivating additional business within existing accounts while also serving as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners. Collaborate Daily with internal teams and clients, upholding high ethical standards and providing exceptional service. You'll spend most of your time in the field, document and manage multiple sales cycles, and guide implementations until solutions are live. Required Qualifications

Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory. Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone. Confident, fearless, and willing to take opportunities and challenges. Entrepreneurial spirit; resourceful, resilient under pressure, and a natural leader. Trusted advisor who builds relationships, demonstrates integrity, and delivers on promises. A college degree is not required. If you don’t have a degree, acceptable experience includes: Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales experience Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, or software sales Military experience is valued and appreciated Preferred Qualifications

Ability to build a network and use social media effectively for sales Benefits and Compensation

Base salary and additional compensation may vary by location and experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Disability, Volunteer Time Off, holidays, personal days, and more. Compensation for this role ranges from USD 44,800 to USD 97,200 per year, with potential additional bonuses, equity, or commissions where applicable. Details provided during the recruiting process.
