$200,000.00/yr - $245,000.00/yr Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales and a track record of success in the industrial sector? BPCE ES is seeking an experienced Head of Sales (Industrial) to spearhead our national sales team and drive significant growth in our business. This pivotal role involves leading a team of five sales professionals and overseeing a portfolio that generates approximately $150 million in annual new business volume. As the Head of Sales, you will play a vital role in optimizing vendor relationships, cultivating new partnerships, and expanding our direct sales platform, all in alignment with our strategic objectives. Based in Jersey City, NJ, you will report directly to the Deputy CEO of BPCE ES US and be an integral part of our leadership team. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and empower BPCE ES US' national sales team, which consists of four field sales representatives and one internal staff member, to meet and exceed defined new business volume and margin targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level industrial equipment vendor partners and key end-user accounts. Act as the voice of the sales team at the leadership level, providing strategic guidance and fostering consensus on pricing and risk strategies. Business & Process Development: Identify and pursue new vendor and dealer partnership opportunities in the US market, while collaborating with BPCE ES' global sales community. Strategically expand our direct sales activities to maximize outreach and effectiveness. Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies by identifying emerging market opportunities and creating actionable plans to enhance market share. Collaborate cross-departmentally to identify and implement operational improvements that drive growth and efficiency. Champion and enhance the BPCE ES brand presence within the US market. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 10 years of experience in leasing or equipment finance sales, with a proven record of achieving sales targets. Prior experience in sales team management or leadership within a bank-owned, independent, or captive finance company. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of leasing and lending products, processes, and tools. Exceptional persuasive communication and relationship-building skills that foster collaboration and trust. A strong understanding of credit analysis and lease/loan documentation. A demonstrated history of successfully developing and nurturing vendor relationships. Why BPCE ES? BPCE Equipment Solutions is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, and skill set, as well as other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package, and BPCE Equipment Solutions also offers a generous benefits package. Seniority level
