Sales Executive . As a

Sales Executive , you will lead a team of field-based Sales Representatives who sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients. You will guide your team toward achieving sales objectives through coordination and communication between ADP's clients—prospects, internal support partners, and your team. You will also recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates, providing performance feedback and coaching. Multitasking and prioritization are essential to helping your team win. You will manage multiple stakeholders (your team, clients, partners, leaders, and others) and have opportunities for advancement, industry-leading compensation, benefits, and incentive trips. What you'll do

Grow Our Business While Growing Your Team's. You will work with your team within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals through the effective use of planned resources. Lead Your Team. Provide direction, motivation, and support to your sales team in a designated territory. Ensure all Sales Associates utilize the Salesforce Automation System and implement an audit procedure to ensure compliance. Recruit, hire, and train sales associates. Interview, identify, motivate, and provide continuous feedback on performance and coaching. Help develop the careers of your team members. Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public by spending time in the field, at trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars. Stay current on ADP product technology.

Required qualifications

Sales Role Model. 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience with strong client interactions and stellar presentation skills. People Person and Coach. Relationship builder who can connect and motivate people and provide performance feedback and coaching. Trusted Advisor. Demonstrates integrity and reliability in delivering on promises. Expert Planner. Strong time management, prioritization, multitasking, and ability to implement successful sales strategies.

Education & Experience

A college degree is not required, but relevant experience is important. Acceptable alternatives include two or more years of business-to-business sales or sales management with a track record of closing, or military experience.
