Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI). Location: San Jose, California. Reports To: Manager, Talent Acquisition. Salary Range: $33.00/hour to $43.00/hour. Final determination of starting pay will vary based on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing coordination and administrative support to CEI's Talent Acquisition Partners and leaders. The TA Coordinator should be organized, able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, and a problem solver. This position must be based out of our Headquarters office located in San Jose, CA. This role aims to deliver a world-class candidate experience while providing strong support to client groups. Responsibilities

Support and coordinate all stages of the full-cycle talent acquisition process by coordinating scheduling and logistics with stakeholders and candidates, providing world-class support Own and support preparing reports leveraging talent-related data to help drive the talent acquisition strategy Administer and liaise with our third-party background screening agency, ensuring compliance with the FCRA and escalating issues per our background check adjudication policy Work cross-functionally with departments such as HR and IT to drive initiatives that impact onboarding and candidate experience Provide administrative support to Talent team leadership as needed Qualifications

Four years of experience in a customer/client-facing role Knowledge of at least one ATS (Jobvite preferred but not required) Entry-level to mid-level understanding of hiring practices, EEO, and FCRA to help mitigate risk Superior communication skills Ability to support leaders at different levels and in different organizational functions Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required Experience: Four years of experience in a human resources or administrative-related role Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Education:
