Base pay range
$94,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Considine Search A leading California-based global law firm seeks an Executive Assistant (“EA”) for its Boston office. The EA supports partners, including C-level leaders, by managing administrative functions, client engagement, business development, billing, and daily operations. The role requires initiative, discretion, and strong relationship skills to maximize partner efficiency and client service. This is a hybrid position (office and remote), 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm. Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Onboarding Coordinate conflicts clearance and client onboarding with internal teams. Establish client-specific procedures and maintain client-centric plans. Business Development & Client Maintenance Manage partner contact lists, categorize priority clients, and coordinate outreach. Support pitches with research, presentations, CRM updates, and budgeting. Track client/prospect news; manage LinkedIn/Twitter activity and partner bios. Assist with board, teaching, and professional organization responsibilities. Review prebills for accuracy, compliance, and partner-specific practices. Monitor A/R, collections, and client-specific billing arrangements. Coordinate billing with Finance via Aderant; process payments and wires. Practice Administration Support practice reports, budgets, and project management. Prepare agendas and materials for group meetings and initiatives. Administrative Support Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, and events. Act as gatekeeper; screen calls and prioritize requests. Draft correspondence, maintain records, and streamline processes. Provide backup support to other partners/team members. Represent the firm with professionalism at all times. Requirements
6+ years’ experience supporting law firm partners or C-level executives. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and social media. Strong judgment, discretion, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and manage multiple priorities. Adaptable, proactive, polished, and client-service oriented. Compensation
Salary range:
$94,000 – $140,500 annually + bonus Reports to Senior Director of Legal Administrative Services LI-Hybrid Seniority level
