to drive our global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for ServiceNow. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to elevate our market presence through campaigns, events, thought leadership, and impactful content. Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Sales & Marketing Lead to shape and execute GTM for ServiceNow across regions, driving market presence through campaigns, events, thought leadership, and content. Key Responsibilities
Develop short- and long-term GTM strategies across regions including North America, Latin America, UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, APAC, and ANZ. Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to identify opportunities to engage prospective customers. Partner with industry teams to strengthen campaigns and thought leadership initiatives. Plan and execute GTM events, customer roundtables, white papers, campaigns, and joint press releases with ServiceNow. Create impactful written and visual content (posts, blogs, thought leadership). Design branded assets for LinkedIn, pitch decks, and event materials. Drive inbound lead generation through targeted content and digital campaigns. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Monitor performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns continuously. Qualifications
10–15 years of GTM & marketing experience in global system integrator (GSI) or IT services organizations. Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing (strategy, growth, and content creation). Experience with packaged solutions and ability to tailor marketing plans to industries and regions. Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with executive presence. Proficiency in Canva (or similar tools). Balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution. Creative, resourceful, and proactive with strong networking skills. Willingness to travel up to 30%.
