Senior Human Resources Generalist

Work with human resources staff and department leadership to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Partner with the Learning & Development staff members to help facilitate and/or provide training/education for all staff (which may include onboarding activities, customer service and/or supervisory training).Other related duties as required and assigned.**Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required** Relevant professional experience may be substituted for degree/education on a year-for-year basis.**Experience Required** 3-5 years of human resources experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.Relevant education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis. **Competencies*** High ethical standards with sound judgment and professional integrity.* Adaptable, collaborative, and flexible leadership style with a commitment to achieving excellent results by overcoming obstacles and creatively solving problems in a confident and constructive manner.* Organized and self-motivated with a direct and open style.**Knowledge of*** Core aspects of human resources including employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, and benefits administration.* Legal requirements of HR functions.* Principles and practices of HR administration, processes, and guidelines.**Skills in*** Serving multiple departments in multiple locations.* Consultative style approach with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization, influencing positive and effective outcomes.* Analytical, verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills (including active listening).* Presentation and facilitation skills.**Ability to*** Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels, a team player with the human resources department and the consortium.* Independently troubleshoot and problem-solve issues using a working knowledge of current policies and practices of the consortium.* Research, analyze, and resolve allegations, summarize the results, and prepare documents for review.**We Want You to Join our Team**
