Join our clinical anesthesiology team in modern and technologically advanced outpatient settings at our Tucson campus, South Tucson campus and ASC locations. As a member of our Community Physician division, you will care for a diverse surgical outpatient population by supporting cases in Orthopedics, GI, Ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, Plastics, Urology, and General Surgery. Bread-and-butter anesthesiology case work, with no subspecialty work. 100% Solo (personal performance) cases ONLY. No overnight call. No holiday work. 17 SHIFTS PER MONTH FOR FULL TIME Part-time options WELCOME!
Any FTE amount will be considered. Shift requirements and compensation for part-time FTE are prorated accordingly. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: BC/BE by ABA Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated total annual compensation: $545k

$50K. The compensation model is a competitive combination of guaranteed base salary, productivity, shift differentials AND incentive bonus. Additional shift pay available for extra earnings. OUR COMMUNITY:
