Negotiable, competitive base pay Up to $5,000 relocation allowance $4,000 CME annually + 1 week 3 weeks of PTO (excluding CME) Comprehensive benefits Partnership opportunities after approximately 2 years based on productivity 5-6 long weekend and 5-6 short weekend calls per year Minimal travel between locations (most within 20 minutes) Excellent work-life balance Ideal Candidate: Motivated and ready to practice Interested in long-term partnership Board Certified/Eligible in nephrology Unrestricted medical license in TX Employment sponsorship available for J-1 waiver/H-1B candidates.
