Overview
Cardiac Anesthesiology opportunity in a “cardiac only model” with guaranteed salary for a fellowship trained physician to join our nationally recognized, 3-star STS award winning care team at St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale, WA. We perform approximately 350 open heart cases a year. This position will support a very active cardiac interventional program that includes TEE dependent electrophysiology procedures, structural heart (TAVR/WATCHMAN), and other cath lab procedures. Call is cardiac only and taken from home with a 1:4 rotation, with a low call back rate. There is no CRNA supervision. Qualifications
Advanced Perioperative TEE Diplomate status preferred with Testamur status as a minimum requirement.
Additionally, the Kitsap and Olympic Peninsula’s bountiful waters and mountains offer an active outdoor lifestyle, with access to Seattle via ferry. The Kitsap Peninsula region and surrounding coastal communities are ideal for raising a family.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $600,000–$660,000 per year, plus a $75,000 sign-on bonus. Pay range: $288.46–$317.30 per hour.
