What We Offer Fellowship training required Open to 2024 fellows and experienced orthopedic surgeons 3 other surgeons in the group split between Petaluma and Santa Rosa Position will primarily be based at Petaluma Valley Hospital with some time at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in the future, so provider must be flexible to work out of both sites Mix of clinic, OR, and hospital consults Anticipated 1 day in the OR per week during ramp-up phase and more time as the service line grows in both Petaluma and Santa Rosa Call is 3-7 days per month (hospital call) This is a long-term growth opportunity within an expanding service line Seeking a motivated, collaborative, and collegial provider Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates Compensation is between $585,810 and $933,806 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits are offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
