As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population in an underserved community. Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services. Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, and complex health conditions. Perform routine physical examinations and preventive care. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities. Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field. Valid state medical license and DEA certification. Previous experience in a primary care setting, preferably in a community health center or FQHC. Strong commitment to serving underserved populations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Benefits:
