Overview BayCare Medical Group , a physician-led organization, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Cardiology team serving Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater and Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-volume, collaborative team that values mentorship, professional growth, and compassionate care. The team currently includes

5 physicians and 4 APPs

dedicated to delivering exceptional heart and vascular services.

Responsibilities

Provide support for hospital rounds, inpatient consults, and outpatient clinic visits.

Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Comfortable managing high-volume outpatient consultative and follow-up care.

Eager to learn and grow with physician mentors.

14 weekend call requirement (approximately one weekend per month).

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience in cardiac medicine as an Advanced Practice Provider.

Florida licensure and certification NP-C or PA-C.

Ideal candidate should be flexible, affable, creative, energetic, and can show compassion while working with patients.
