Salary Range: $425,000 - $600,000+ (varies based on work effort and experience)

Completion of an Anesthesiology residency; board certified/eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology What you will do: Evaluate, monitor, and supervise patient care before, during, and after surgery Deliver anesthesia and lead the Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) to ensure patient safety Participate in weekend, weekday, and holiday call Engage in clinical supervision and education of house staff and medical students Endeavor Health seeks an exceptional Anesthesiologist for its Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care, and Pain Medicine. We serve a diverse patient population across various surgical specialties, providing comprehensive care in a supportive academic environment. Opportunities include involvement in education, quality improvement, and administrative initiatives. Our clinical sites include tertiary care centers, outpatient ambulatory centers, and specialty hospitals. Candidates with fellowship training or significant clinical experience in subspecialties such as regional anesthesia, critical care, neuroanesthesia, obstetric anesthesia, or pain medicine are preferred.
