additional

mid-career Physiatrist,

with great clinical acumen, maturity, and a commitment to provide high quality compassionate patient care to join Duke's well-established Spine Program in

Raleigh-Durham, NC . Applicants should be BE/BC in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine, and should have completed an Interventional Spine/Pain Management fellowship. Experience in fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided spinal and peripheral procedures, including spine procedures, spinal cord stimulator, peripheral nerve blocks, and/or stimulation is required. Interest and passion in clinical research, musculoskeletal procedures, and EMG/NCS are a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to join a national leader in patient care, education, and research. Responsibilities include consultation, evaluation, and comprehensive clinical care and management of patients with acute and chronic spine or musculoskeletal disorders. Successful candidates will be trained and confident in identifying etiologies and determining intervention strategies for spine and musculoskeletal disorders, collaborating effectively with surgical and non-surgical teams. Teaching opportunities are available through education and oversight for medical students, residents, fellows, and APPs. The faculty will work standard hours with no formal call responsibilities.
