Engaging Duties:
Provide comprehensive care and treatment to patients diagnosed with cancer
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of the patient's medical history and current condition
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs of each patient
Administer radiation therapy and other cancer treatments as necessary
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
Educate patients and their families about the nature of their disease, treatment options, and potential side effects
Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress in electronic medical records
Above-average base and productivity-based compensation
Requirements:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution - Board certification in Radiation Oncology
Valid state medical license to practice as a Radiation Oncologist
Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various types of cancer
Strong knowledge of current research, advancements, and best practices in Radiation Oncology
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
