In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise to provide comprehensive anesthesia care in a variety of surgical settings. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough preoperative assessments, developing personalized anesthesia plans, administering anesthesia, and monitoring patients throughout the surgical experience.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments to determine patient-specific needs Develop, implement, and monitor anesthesia care plans tailored to individual patients Administer various anesthesia techniques, ensuring patient stability and safety during procedures Provide post-anesthesia care and continue to monitor patients as they recover from anesthesia Collaborate with the surgical team to optimize patient care and address any concerns that arise
Minimum Requirements:
Current certification as a CRNA and any state licensure Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program and advanced clinical training Relevant clinical experience is ideal Strong understanding of anesthesia principles, practices, and patient management Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment BLS and ACLS certification required Must be a U.S. Citizen
