ECMCC seeks an experienced cardiologist to join a team of board-certified cardiologists, advanced practice providers, and support staff. The role involves collaboration with hospital service lines including critical care, primary care, hospitalists, emergency department, and diagnostic cardiac catheterization. Responsibilities
Provide inpatient coverage and call, outpatient E&M, and cardiac testing services. Participate in weekday and weekend call coverage. Perform cardiac testing such as EKG, Echo, Stress tests, with potential for cardiac CT reading and training. Communicate effectively with attending providers and patients' families. Engage in interdisciplinary care models. Mentor and educate advanced practice providers, medical students, and residents. Contribute to quality improvement and educational initiatives. Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $400,000 - $515,000, commensurate with experience. Additional RVU productivity incentives. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. PTO, holidays, CME allowance, health, and retirement benefits. Employer-paid malpractice insurance. Additional bonuses and incentives may apply based on service line policies. Additional Information
