Job Summary: Consult all Pediatric ER cases when requested and all cases as per hospital policies. Assist in other areas in hospital (pediatric unit, OR’s etc.) as needed. Attend all pediatric educational activities (Grand Rounds, etc.) and skill sessions as required by Department of Pediatrics. Must be a positive role model for nurses, and students. Work with department to develop strong positive ties with patients and their families, private attending staff and surgeons. May assist neonatologists in clinical activities when workloads in nurseries require additional support (and primary care responsibilities are completed or well covered by other personnel). EHMC neonatologists are primary supervisors for all clinical activities in newborn medicine. Department:

Variable Job Essentials: Education Requirements: Completion of a Pediatric Residency Program Board Certified or Eligible 1-2 yearswork experience preferred
License/Certification/Registry: NJ Medical License NJ DEA, CDS Registrations Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
