Overview
Annashae is seeking a Primary Care provider for a mental health facility near Sparta, IL. This is a full-time position; hours are Monday-Friday 8a-430p with no weekends, no call, and no holidays. The candidate would collaborate with the onsite FNPs. Responsibilities
Provide treatment to a caseload of patients on the pavilion Evaluate assigned cases at intake Sign certificate of admission and testify in court Order and interpret lab tests Conduct initial physical exams (H&P) and make diagnoses of patients Develop and implement treatment plans Follow up exams and document changes in progress notes Prescribe and direct administration of medicines Monitor effectiveness of medication Qualifications
Board Certified/Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine Mantoux skin test prior to starting work or documentation of negative Mantoux within last 90 days Clearance of required fingerprints and drug screen Employment details
