Nocturnist Physician at Methodist Hospital . Responsibilities include supervision of residents and management of non-housestaff supported clinical services, including cross coverage and admissions. Three nocturnists share responsibilities nightly. Additionally, nocturnists play a pivotal role in triaging patients to the appropriate hospital medicine and sub-specialty care teams. Shifts are 12 hours. Applicants must hold a medical degree and be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
