This full-time position requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office. About The Role: As an Operations Leader focused on Revenue-Cycle Management, you will work across the entire organization (Product, Eng, Operations, Sales, Account Management) to define critical business processes with end-to-end ownership, ensuring efficient execution and a seamless onboarding process for clients. This is a high-visibility, high-impact, high-autonomy role that will expand to cover additional emergent business areas as the company grows. Location: Mountain View, CA | Employment type: Full-time | Seniority: Director Compensation Range: $150K - $190K Note: We are committed to creating and fostering a diverse team. What You'll Do Build out scalable infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies and directly impact top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency in a hyper-growth environment Solve complex, ambiguous business problems and drive and own operational metrics (productivity, quality, scalability) Be responsible for owning key operational metrics; productivity is based on pushing metrics forward, not time Engage in cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams What You Have 5+ years of experience in software or data engineering, consulting, investment banking, or in operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company B.S. or M.S. in a quantitative field (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science) from a top 20 university Advanced SQL and Python; experience with Retool, API & Web Scraping a bonus Experience driving results as an individual contributor and working with technical teams to drive scalable architecture Ability to drive the entire project management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of key metrics Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success Comfort in autonomy: able to prioritize and identify blockers in a fast-paced environment Entrepreneurial self-starter who can seek information, marshal resources, and deliver results without waiting for direction EEO: Commure + Rx.Health is committed to creating and fostering a diverse team.
