Division Chief, Breast Surgical Oncology Creighton University Medical Center and CHI Health seek a visionary leader to serve as Chief of Breast Surgery and expand clinical, research, and educational activities within the Department of Surgery and its Division of Breast Surgery as part Creighton-CHI Health Breast Center of Excellence, the state's only triple-accredited center. Responsibilities
Lead and participate in an academic, teaching environment educating Creighton University’s surgical residents and medical students, and conduct research in collaboration with scientists within CommonSpirit Health and Creighton University School of Medicine. Ensure resources for scholarly endeavors including clinical trials and opportunities for collaboration with basic and translational scientists at the Creighton Henry Lynch Cancer Center. Report to the Chair of Surgery at Creighton University and CHI Health. Lead CHI-wide breast quality, safety, and research initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to grow breast surgery services across the department and system. Qualifications
Fellowship in Breast Surgery and a track record of scholarly and educational activities at the level of Associate to Professor at Creighton University School of Medicine. Benefits & Details
