Assistant Clinical Director (Remote – BCBA Required) Salary :
$65,000 / year Location : Remote We are looking for a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team as a Remote Assistant Clinical Director . This role is ideal for a BCBA who is confident in clinical standards, highly organized, and experienced in onboarding, training, and overseeing other BCBAs. Key Responsibilities : Lead the onboarding and training process for all new BCBAs, ensuring they are fully equipped to meet clinical, documentation, and supervision expectations Provide ongoing support and oversight for the entire BCBA team to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency Monitor documentation for insurance compliance, timely billing, sufficient data, and clinically appropriate goal development Ensure all BCBAs meet supervision requirements and follow internal guidelines for pairing, goal progression, and BT oversight Train BCBAs in Central Reach, including schedule setup, data collection, goal tracking, note conversion, and billing Stay up to date with payor requirements and ensure the BCBA team is aligned with current standards Serve as the primary contact for BCBA-related questions, providing clarity, structure, and accountability Requirements : Active BCBA certification Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience Strong clinical judgment and understanding of ABA supervision standards Advanced knowledge of Central Reach and ability to train others on its use Experience with onboarding, training, or clinical leadership strongly preferred Familiarity with payor guidelines and insurance compliance requirements Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working independently in a remote role This full-time, salaried position offers flexibility and the opportunity to take a leadership role in supporting and developing a high-performing clinical team.
