Overview

Clinical Team Leader (Mental Health Services) at Vinfen. The Team Leader for Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) will provide overall administrative leadership and direction to ACCS team staff including Group Living Environments (GLE) and Supported Independent Environments (SIE) Program Directors and staff. The Team Leader oversees service delivery including intake, assessment, clinical treatment planning and delivery, as well as peer and family support. The Team Leader ensures seamless, high-quality team services to Persons Served living in both GLE and SIE settings while promoting and managing successful transitions of Persons Served to other DMH services or other community programs. The Team Leader also serves as the primary liaison to the MA Department of Mental Health (DMH), Care Coordination entities and other external parties.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative leadership and direction to ACCS team staff including GLE and SIE Program Directors and staff.

Oversee service delivery including intake, assessment, clinical treatment planning and delivery.

Support peers and families as part of the service provision.

Ensure high-quality team services to Persons Served in GLE and SIE settings.

Promote and manage successful transitions of Persons Served to other DMH services or community programs.

Act as primary liaison to the MA Department of Mental Health (DMH), Care Coordination entities and other external partners.

Qualifications

Master\'s Degree, PhD or PsyD required with licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LRC, LADC 1, OTR or RN) in Massachusetts.

Three years of clinical experience in progressively responsible positions with people who have psychiatric and/or co-occurring disabilities.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to provide leadership to staff; ability to work in a professional and confidential capacity.

Knowledge of personal computer applications and equipment.

Extensive knowledge of clinical treatment principles and modalities, including Motivational Interviewing; Harm Reduction and Addiction Treatment; SBIRT; Housing First; Stages of Change; Seeking Safety; WRAP; and Cognitive Behavioral interventions.

Extensive knowledge of recovery-oriented, person-centered and strengths-based values and modalities, and Peer Support principles.

Understanding of prejudice, discrimination, and oppression effects on people with psychiatric disorders, and the effects of poverty.

Trauma-informed and culturally competent service knowledge; knowledge of community-based education and employment services.

At least 21 years of age and a current, valid US driver\'s license for at least 6 months.

Pay Pay Range: USD $90,280.00 per year.
