Registered Nurse (RN)

who will support demonstrating Collective Health’s clinical program value and help clients meet strategic goals to improve clinical and financial outcomes for their membership. The CAE will partner with clinical experts across Product, Data Analytics, Clinical Operations and Care Navigation to manage a book of complex clients and optimize healthcare value using the Collective Health platform. The role requires forward thinking, patient-care grounding, ability to draw actionable insights from population health data, and strong public speaking skills. The CAE will serve as the client’s primary clinical resource and collaborate with Sales/Client Success and clinical staff to provide a comprehensive management plan aligned to client needs and Collective Health initiatives. The CAE will also collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and enhance client experiences around clinical solutions. What You'll Do

Clinical Knowledge and Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of clinical practices, healthcare industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Provide clients and broker partners with insights and recommendations based on clinical expertise. Engage with clients and prospects to understand expectations and articulate ongoing results and strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to articulate the value and results of clinical programs in relation to client needs and goals. Serve as conduit between CS Team/Leadership, Claim Ops, Care Navigation on complex claims and program results. Partner with Insights and CS teams to elevate the voice of the customer and inform product/service improvements. Lead adoption of clinical solutions through consultative sales methods (e.g., client presentations, business reviews, modeling/reporting) in alignment with client goals and with account management support. Lead clinical recommendation discussions with clients. Coordinate with Strategic Account Executive to address health management consultative needs of the client. Lead clinical strategic planning and review meetings; maintain strong client relationships to support retention, satisfaction, and upsell targets (Care Navigation, Program Partners, etc.). Engage in client dialogue to address needs of the client and membership, building trust as a healthcare benefit advisor. Act as primary clinical resource and new-solution product expert for the client. To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Advanced degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, preferred Experience in Specialty Pharmacy, Oncology, Transplant, Critical Care, Maternal/Child/Newborn Care, and/or Managed Care 5+ years of experience in population health management, care management and direct clinical care Experience explaining clinical information to non-clinical stakeholders Strong knowledge of clinical practices and healthcare industry trends Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Ability to travel as required Pay Transparency

This job can be performed in offices located in San Francisco, CA; Lehi, UT; or Plano, TX with in-office expectation at least two weekdays per week, or remote/hybrid in eligible states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, TN, TX, UT, or WA. The actual pay rate depends on location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to salary, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
