Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment. Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs. All leads are expected to become experts of the brand's selling behaviors by role modeling these behaviors with every customer who walks through our doors and allowing us to provide an exceptional customer experience. Support sales leader during (non-peak) hours, with the customer as the primary focus Support the store leadership team by collaborating effectively with employees and ensuring work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle Support completion of work before or after the store operating hours, inclusive of opening and/or closing checklists Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience Ensure all compliance standards are met.
