Support/expand the Commercial Real Estate Lending team's depository portfolio by identifying a target market for new business and developing a book of new business from those relationships. Prescreen, negotiate, and coordinate the closing of major and complex deposit relationships and actively sell the bank's treasury management products. Perform basic pre-qualification assessment and prescreening analysis of financial condition for new potential deposit relationships. Gather information to present deposit or treasury management opportunities to senior management for approval; meet with new/potential customers; visit loan sites; refer and recommend acceptance to BSA department if required. Identify loan opportunities within deposit client portfolio and engage the appropriate lending team early in the process. Maintain a superior knowledge of financial industry status and trends. Apply sound decision-making techniques related to inquiries and approvals in accordance with existing policies and procedures. Respond timely to inbound inquiries, answer questions, and direct callers to proper bank personnel. Comply with Bank Secrecy Act ("BSA"), OFAC Anti-Money Laundering ("AML"), and US PATRIOT ACT policies, procedures, by properly verifying the identity of any person/business opening an account, maintaining records, and consulting lists of known suspicious persons before opening an account. May manage other deposit portfolio managers. Qualifications

6+ years of related experience in Portfolio Management or a similar field. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of commercial credit and loan structuring, and pricing dynamics. Credit analyst training completed. Advanced speaking and writing communication skills. Salary range for new hires is generally $108,330.00 - $133,820.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock. Benefits
