Our client, a global leader in connection solutions for fluid and gas applications, is seeking a strategic and results-driven executive to serve as Head of Sales and Business Development for North America. This senior role will oversee all commercial functions, including sales, business development, key account management, corporate growth initiatives, and operational leadership. The primary objective is to strengthen the company’s market presence and drive sustainable growth across the region. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, commercially astute leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, cross-functional management, and business development within industrial or technical sectors. Entrepreneurial vision, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead the U.S. business into its next stage of expansion are essential. Key responsibilities

Participate in setting strategic goals for both the sales organization and the company overall. Enhance sales structures and processes to support scalable growth and increased profitability. Conduct market analysis and lead initiatives to enter new markets and form strategic partnerships. Drive customer acquisition while expanding relationships with existing clients. Build and lead a high-performing sales team through effective hiring and development. Collaborate with global leadership on sales strategy, forecasting, and key account management. Proven leadership in sales, business development, and general management with P&L responsibility. Strong background in industrial markets, preferably within the targeted industries. Experience in fluid and gas transfer systems and automation-related sectors is highly preferred. Skilled in market strategy, LATAM business development, and maintaining a strong industry network. Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal development skills; Spanish a plus. Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader with solid business judgment and a customer-focused mindset. Seniority level
