UW Medicine Primary Care at Issaquah has an outstanding opportunity for a Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT).

Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week)
4x10 hour shifts - no set day off
May include weekend shifts

Primary Job Responsibilities
Performs routine and stat laboratory tests utilizing automated or semi-automated equipment, kit assays, and microscopic evaluations. This includes the ability to understand, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the applicable equipment and testing methods.
Performs work accurately and precisely and can organize the workload to meet service demands, calmly, efficiently, and without direct supervision.
Performs quality control analyses on all tests assigned and determines whether all parameters are within established ranges.
Participates in training and demonstrating routine laboratory techniques to new employees in coordination with the CLT Lead.
May send out letters to patients, as delegated by clinic leadership, with lab results or overdue reminder letters for appointments.
Requirements
Active Washington State MA-Phlebotomist Certification required
High School / GED
Minimum one-year relevant experience or training in a clinical laboratory or medical setting

The clinics offer a wide spectrum of primary care services, as well as secondary care, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Urgent care services are offered seven days a week at select locations. Compensation, Benefits And Position Details Pay Range Minimum:
$26.87 hourly
