Indigo Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our highly cohesive and innovative team. This is a float position to support our urgent care clinics. Providers are encouraged to work at the top of their license, with opportunities to lead and mentor colleagues. The role supports our urgent care clinics as part of Indigo’s patient-centered approach to medicine. Clinics are open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. Schedule is created 2 months in advance with team input, offering flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations. The location for float pool team members may vary, and same-day shift changes may occur when unforeseen circumstances require coverage. What We Offer
Up to $15k recruiting incentives; a sign-on bonus may be available for clinicians with urgent care or emergency department experience, with eligibility based on years of experience. A relocation bonus is also available. Work autonomously at the top of your license, including suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, and imaging reads. Provide care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced urgent care setting. Collaborate with a modern, team-based care model to deliver high-quality patient experiences. Support a float pool that may require shifts across multiple Central Region clinics. Requirements
Washington license (active/good standing) by the time of employment DEA, NPI, and prescribing authority Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (post-degree) in an urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine setting More About You
