Long Island University Lewyt College of Veterinary Medicine invites applications for the position of

Director of Outcomes Assessment . Reporting and Responsibilities: Report to the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine. Lead and develop a comprehensive assessment program to support the College’s mission. Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and staff to improve, report, and analyze outcomes assessment activities to enhance curricular and clinical student learning. Participate in the collection and analysis of assessment data to inform program review. Provide regular reports, feedback, and recommendations to the College. Develop and administer evaluation instruments and rubrics to measure learning outcomes and curricular effectiveness during the DVM program. Manage key performance indicators, benchmarks, and ensure ongoing assessment compliance with accreditation standards. Keep internal and external stakeholders informed. Qualifications: Must have a Ph.D. in Educational Research and Evaluation or a related field. Must have at least three (3) years of experience in assessment, including oversight of student performance, course evaluation, data analysis, and report preparation. Preference for candidates with expertise in higher education/health profession assessment and accreditation. How to Apply: Applications should be submitted through the LIU Online Application portal.
