Step into a leadership opportunity at a mission-driven behavioral health clinic in Southern Michigan. We're seeking a BC/BE Adult or Child-Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as the Associate Medical Director of our Crisis Stabilization Unit, a role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on clinical care, in a highly collaborative, patient-first setting. The Role
Partner with the Medical Director to oversee psychiatric and medical services across the CSU, including nursing and support staff 50/50 split of clinical and administrative dutieslead while staying connected to patient care Play a pivotal role in recruitment and consultation for new psychiatric staff Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and medication management Compensation and Benefits
Enjoy up to 125 days off per year: 16 vacation days, 13 holidays, 6 personal days, and up to 90 sick days $328,000 base with additional leadership incentives and bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, malpractice, and more Loan repayment available via NHSC and PSLF eligibility Robust retirement plans with generous employer contributions The Community
