Refraction, slit lamp evaluation, and patient care. Work with a team of 2–3 technicians who manage front desk flow to in-lane assistance, pretesting, Optos imaging, and in-lane testing. Technicians prefill the cloud-based chart, set the phoropter, and draft the assessment and plan. Operate across three fully equipped lanes with an intuitive EHR system; optional scribe and refractionist support available. Qualifications
